KLAQ Prank War: Round 4

In the latest Buzz vs. Lauren Prank War news, it was Buzz's turn to dish it out. So, I fabricated this innocuous looking piece of devilry in my garage metal-working shop.

It seems harmless enough. But when inserted into Lauren's tailpipe (of her car, pervert!) it makes the following noise...
