As the back-to-school season kicks off in Texas, parents are reaching deep into their wallets to get their student’s all the school supplies they’ll need for the new school year.
As a parent myself, I dreaded the long list of school supplies that I knew my son was going to need. Shoot, sometimes I even found myself wondering “WHAT THE HECK DOES HE NEED THIS FOR” when I came across an item I know I never needed back when I was in school.
Teacher’s are also having to dig deep in their wallets to make sure they make up for the supplies that some students aren’t able to get.
