US Marshals Need your Help Hunting Down this Most Wanted Man from Texas
Texas is a large state with a large population, and in that population are criminals who commit serious crimes. When the US Marshals become involved, you know the crime is severe.
The US Marshals have a list of the 15 Most Wanted Fugitives and one dangerous Texas man makes the list.
Jose Fernando Bustos-Diaz
Bustos-Diaz is currently wanted by the US Marshals because he escaped from custody. He is wanted for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. He was serving a 35-year sentence for murder, when he escaped from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Briscoe Unit in Dilly, Texas located in Frio County, Texas. He and another inmate fled to Mexico.
Not only is Bustos-Diaz wanted for escaping and fleeing the country, but he is also the main suspect in a second murder case. He has been on the run since 2010
Bustos-Diaz is a Hispanic male, 36 years old, 5'8", 160lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. Other aliases include Jose Fernando Diaz, Jose Fernando Bustos, Jose Fernando Bustos-Dias, Fernano Bustos-Diaz
His identifying marks include tattoos, scars, and birthmarks. His tattoos include a heart tattoo with a cross on his left hand, "Vanessa" on his left wrist, and "Lizeth" on his right wrist. Bustoz-Diaz also has a birthmark on the upper right and left side of his cheek and scarring from acne on his face.
Although fleeing to Mexico, authorities believe that Bustos-Diaz is being helped by friends and family in the United States.
Bustos-Diaz is considered armed and dangerous.
