Derbez has always proven (to me at least) to be a very talented and imaginative man.

I was introduced to Eugenio Derbez's television shows by my Dad. My Dad was a huge fan and thought my brothers and I would enjoy his work. Some of you might have seen him in La Familia P. Luche, Al Derecho y al Derbez or Derbez en Cuando. He also played 'Donkey' in the Spanish version of Shrek. Derbez is also a Formula Three Auto Racing driver.

Eugenio Derbez not only stars in the new film "Instructions Not Included" but he also directed it and was one of the writers. It took in $10 million and ranked Fifth at the box office. It packed theatres in California and Texas over the Labor Day weekend. (It opened in 347 theatres.) This is the biggest Spanish-language opening ever in the U.S.

The movie is a comedy-drama about a man, Valentin, who is quite the playboy in Acapulco. He gets a visit from one of his many and her baby, which turns out to be his. She steps out to pay the cab but never returns. He moves to Los Angeles to look for the mother, she finally appears and wants the little girl back.

A movie about family, parenting and life ... honestly, after seeing the trailer it definitely seems many can and will relate.

I can't wait to see it myself!!

Here is a small skit from his show Derbez en Cuando, one of my favorites. It's in Spanish, but too hilarious! (So get your friends to translate!!) :P
