Dominoes Pizza has announced a stimulus plan of their own to give money to over 11,000 of their employees.

Around 11,500 Dominoes Pizza employees throughout the company will soon be receiving bonus checks, some for as much as $1,200, as a thank you from Dominoes to their own "front line" workers.

This is the second bonus program Dominoes has done to give extra money to their employees and also comes on the heels of their "Feed The Need" program which gave 10 million slices of pizza to "essential" workers staying on the job during the pandemic.

“We strive every day to uphold our values of doing the right thing and putting people first,” said Domino’s Chief Executive Officer Ritch Allison. “We have the honor and privilege of being open and operating throughout the U.S. during this crisis, and we recognize that we could not be doing it without the hard work and dedication of our team members.” - KTSM

I guess with everyone being stuck at home during the pandemic and restaurants having to close or open at a limited capacity, pizza sales must have really gone through the roof. Not only is Dominoes doing well but their stock market prices are also on the rise, having jumped 30%. In these financially hard times, that's amazing.

Dominoes Pizza has over 17,000 restaurants all over the world and plans to hire over 30,000 new employees. Props to them for not only being successful during troubled times but also for realizing that their employees are what make it all work and treating them right.
