Who doesn't love getting sandwiches in El Paso or New Mexico? We certainly do; with choices like Cheba Hut, The Sandwich Shop, Subway, Jimmy Johns, or McAlister's Deli, there's many options to choose from. Same goes for New Mexico too; Coda Bakery, Vegos & Sal's are local favorites too.

One city that's very close to El Paso, Las Cruces, New Mexico, is getting a local sandwich shop that people are starting to get excited about: The Grilled Cheese Shop.

Where is the Grilled Cheese Shop located in Las Cruces?

Located at 110 Picacho Ave Suite A, the shop recently had a soft opening on Thursday, July 25th, and they a photo of their menu. You can find classic sandwich items like BLTs, green chile turkey bacon sandwiches, but there's also a section labeled "Grilled Cheese". Which makes sense as the shop also specializes in making unique verities of grilled cheese sandwiches. The menu also has soup & salad options if you don't want a sandwich.

When is The Grilled Cheese Shop opening in Las Cruces?

So far the place hasn't said when they are officially opening up; they've been putting posts teasing about the shop opening up. But judging by the soft opening they had earlier in the week, we can imagine that the grand opening date must be arriving very soon.

If you want to keep up to date on when the shop opens, you can follow The Grilled Cheese Shop on their official Instagram & Facebook pages.
