A Fox News anchor is suing toy company Hasbro for stealing her name and look -- and putting it on a hamster.

Harris Faulkner is a FOX News anchor who obviously does not believe that imitation is the best form of flattery. She thinks it looks more like a $5 million lawsuit. The toy in question is part of the Pawtucket line of the Little Pet Shop toys. The hamster is even named Harris Faulkner, and Faulkner believes it also has her likeness. In the lawsuit, Faulkner states the the toy stole her name, likeness and she personally found it insulting that she inspired a rodent. She also said that the use of her image for a toy hurts her professional credibility as a journalist.

Harris Faulkner has been a FOX News journalist for 10 years, hosting their Sunday evening newscast and a daytime show, "Outnumbered." According to Faulkner's lawsuit, the toy hamster not only uses her name, but the toy actually looks like her as well. The hamster's eyelashes, eye shape and complexion are all said to be similar to Faulkner's own appearance. The toy first came out in 2014 as a pet to a toy dog in the line. After the toy was released, Faulkner says she sent a letter in January telling the company to cease and desist production of the toy with her name. Three weeks later it was still for sale and even as recent as July, the toy was available for purchase on the toy company's website. Hasbro has said they can't comment on ongoing litigation. Faulkner is seeking $5 million, any profits from the toy, and attorney fees.
