If you have been playing for El Paso Kickball league then this will be the one season you won't play. Due to Covid-19 EPK has made the difficult decision to cancel the sprummer season this year. There have not been any games or get-togethers for the Spring and Summer season since the pandemic. EPK is a great way to have fun while getting some cardio in. I remember my first season with El Paso Kickball was in 2015 and had so much fun. We would all meet up really early before our game started. After getting suited up for our game we would walk over to the field we were set to play at. Then after a win or loss game of kickball, we would all head to the after-party. Usually, the after-party was at the place that sponsored us. The places I remember we would all meet up after playing were Pershing Inn and Tipsy Tiger. My last season in 2016 for the Fall wasn't so great and left the season early due to personal reasons. But lately, I have been getting the itch to play kickball again until I read this in my e-mail.

Dear EPK friends and family,

We hope you are doing well and staying healthy. While the country is slowly starting to open, there are still far too many challenges impeding a safe return to play. And while we remain hopeful that kickball will return soon, in an effort to prioritize the health and safety of the El Paso community and beyond, the Sprummer 2020 season has been canceled.

Further information on the refund process for those players/teams who have already paid their Sprummer 2020 registration fee will be released in the coming days. Until then thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Wishing you peace and health,

El Paso Kickball

Last year I had bee contemplating and made the decision to join but in the Sprummer season. Normally, the seasons I played before were only in the Fall. I consider the things that kept me from signing up a sign now. Earlier this afternoon I received an e-mail that EPK Sprummer 2020 season has been canceled. For those who have a love for playing kickball are feeling pretty bummed and are hating Covid-19. Hopefully, things get better within time and we could timelapse into the future so this pandemic could be over.
