Spooky season is officially here and El Pasoan's all across the city are celebrating in their own unique way. Over at Rick Car's house, he's celebrating spooky season and invites the community to join him!

If you've read some of my previous articles, then you already know my love for Disney. You may also know how much I'm a fan of local man Rick Car's awesome light shows! Rick Car is notoriously known for putting his projector to good use. If you remember, I was super bummed a few years ago when I missed his "Haunted Mansion" light show for Halloween. Check out how cool that was!

For Christmas, he's had a "Happily Ever After" Christmas light show and invited the community to enjoy it. For Mother's Day by creating a drive-in theater for his family to enjoy. And to top if off, he was featured on John Krasinski's "Some Good News", "a news show dedicated entirely to good news" with Krasinski operating inside his home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, for this season, he's once again inviting the community to join him in celebrating Halloween. His light show, Rae of Light, will once again bring back to life the "Haunted Mansion" and there will also be a tribute to "Coco"- which is perfect for Día de los Muertos!

You can find out the location and the times for each show by checking out the Rae of Light Facebook page. Just a small reminder that it is in a residential neighborhood, so show some courtesy to the neighbors! Check out a preview of the "Coco" light show below. Happy hauntings!

SPOOKY GOOD: 2019 KLAQ Halloween Parade

For 2019, KLAQ's Halloween parade brought out Tony the Tiger to be the Grand Marshal. As for the Buzz Adams Morning Show, they dressed up and drove around as The Wizard of Oz but zombie style. Thank you to everyone who came out to the parade and make it a spooky good time.
