As Texas Gets Hotter, Time To See When The Water Parks Will Open
The thing about living in El Paso is that it gets HOT. VERY Hot. And when it does, it's the perfect to find a place to cool off like at the local aquatic centers or water parks. We will see the water parks open up very soon.
Let's start with the 4 big ones in El Paso
Of course I'm talking about the ones included in the El Paso Water Parks:
- Camp Cohen,
- Chapoteo Water Park
- Lost Kingdom Water Park
- & Oasis Water Park
According to their website, their hours will start June 4th and continue to the end of July. All 4 will be open from 11am to 6pm.
If you live on Ft Bliss, don't forget about the water park.
You will be able to enjoy Biggs Park at Fort Bliss, from the first weekend of May (around the 26th/27th) until the last Sunday of September, the 24th. You can find all the official rules on Biggs Park's website.
How about Wet 'N' Wild?
Certainly a favorite amongst El Pasoans, Wet 'N' Wild has stated on their official website that they are closed until May 6th. So for now.. it's a waiting game.
What about the splash pads in El Paso?
Don't forget, El Paso has plenty of Splash Pads in the city too. If you want to know when & where the splash pads are at; you can see the information in the story that Joanna wrote right here.
