The 18th annual benefit walk for an El Paso children's home will not cancel due to the pandemic but, it will be a little different this time.

As Texas, and the United States in general, continue to reopen, we're all facing new rules and policies thanks to COVID 19. These new "conditions" also apply to charitable events but, on the upside, it has not canceled them all. The 18th annual walk and run to benefit El Paso's Lee and Beulah Moore Children's home is still a go but, with one big rule modification.

This year, you can be a part of it, no matter where you happen to be or what time you want to do it.  Register here and for more info on how it works, you can click here.

Not only does this new approach allow everyone to maintain the social distancing that has become so important, but it also allows people from all over the world to participate. Supporters of the home who have moved away or, or who are not in town that particular day can still participate.

The event takes place June 27th and both the time and location are entirely up to the participant. Anytime between midnight June 27th and midnight June 28th, you can take part in any of 3 events. Once you have finished, submit your run time, bib number and a screenshot online and you're done!

In your neighborhood, at the gym, your favorite park or at home on your treadmill; do it your way, have fun and help out this very worthy cause.
