Lately, a lot of us have very much needed a break from reality. There has been a lot going on in the world and our lives that have been stressful. Heck, sometimes we don't even make time for ourselves that could possibly hurt us in the end.

Sometimes a lot of us need a reminder about putting ourselves and our health first. Plus, watching the news lately tends to tug on our hearts seeing all the hate crimes that are happening around the world. It is vital that we all take care of our mental health as much as our physical well-being.

There are some people who need that little push or reminder to take care of themselves. We all can get very busy at times that a lot of us forget to take care of ourselves. My friend Jesse Sosa shared a picture that had me laughing and also agreeing. The picture was of some artwork that hopefully triggered a lot of El Pasoans in a positive way.

Luckily, an El Paso artist Tino Ortega was that person to remind those who come across his piece of work. Tino Ortega is known for his famous chrome-like loving piece along with some help from Paola. Well, he did yet again sharing his new piece "Don't Be Self Conchas" which is in Central El Paso.

Tino Ortega's new piece is at the corner of Montana Ave. and N. Virginia St. If you can't remember the last time you took care of your well-being, this is your sign. Also, try to live life taking one thing at a time and don't be self-conscious.
