Does the New Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy Movie Make Fun of Epilepsy? [VIDEO]

Brett Ratner is the director of the upcoming Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy comedy "Tower Heist," and he's apologized for a scene in the trailer that seems to make fun of epilepsy.  Actor Greg Grunberg is not in the movie, but he has a 15-year-old son with epilepsy, and the trailer bothered him.  He ranted about it on Twitter, so Ratner apologized.  Here's the offending scene from the trailer.
