El Paso has some amazing food and on August 3rd and 4th, the best tacos and enchiladas will be decided at the Mexican Food Cook-Off! For those of you who want to enter a dish, you might want to steal some ideas from the guys at Epic Meal Time.

If you have not watched these guys YouTube videos, you are seriously missing out! These guys mix great food and liquor. They use tons of different meats, liquor, cheese and bacon to create amazing massive meals. I would love to taste their tequila bacon!
