The #DanceForOrlando movement is going strong in the Borderland, helping victims of the Orlando tragedy. Their next fundraising event is tonight! Find out where.

The #DanceForOrlando movement was created to help honor victims and help their families financially.

The movement is asking for El Pasoans to bring out their bandana and #DanceForOrlando!

Club and bar owners, both gay and straight, helped to raise money through various events and sponsorships. At Streetfest alone, the movement was able to raise almost $2,000 for the Orlando victims. Other local bars, Tricky FallsBowie FeathersDark Horse TavernLove BuzzEPIC Bar and NightclubTouch Bar & NightclubThe Edge, and Malolam were able to raise about $3,000 for the cause. 

El Paso City Pride has a local GoFundMe account that is raising funds for the cause. You can donate to this GoFundMe here. These donated funds will be moved over to the Florida Equality campaign on behalf of El Paso.

Tonight at the El Paso Chihuahuas game, it's Pride Night. There will be a special presentation for the #DanceForOrlando movement and they will be taking donations at the baseball game. Tickets are still on sale for this event.
