Bruce Springsteen played a concert for about 80,000 fans in Hyde Park in London on Saturday night.  The concert was supposed to end at 10:30 but Bruce rocked on, even calling Paul McCartney to join him on stage.

Bruce and Paul did two Beatles songs, "I Saw Her Standing There" and "Twist and Shout".  The two then went to thank the crowd and perhaps do another duet, but they couldn't.  Their mics had been cut off.  Their is a strict noise curfew, which Bruce passed by more than a half hour, so they decided to cut the mics, quote, "right at the very end of the night in the interest of the public's health and safety."  Who knew these two were such a threat?!!!

The park is surrounded by some of London's wealthiest neighborhoods and residents complain about concerts in the park.  Local officials will cut the number of concerts next year, from 13 to nine,  and the number of fans from 80,000 to 65,000.
