Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen Expands To NW El Paso With New Location
The Sun City is growing as Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen plans to open a second location in Northwest El Paso.
Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, a longtime Eastside staple, plans to head west with a second location at West Towne Marketplace.
Over the last couple of years, El Paso's far east and west side areas have seen rapid growth and development, from subdivisions to local and national businesses.
Eastlake Marketplace alone is booming as the area prepares to welcome dozens more retailers and restaurants in the next few years, such as Ardovino's, AJ's Diner, Julio's Mexican Food, Taco Tote, Chopsticks, Vista Market, Cracker Barrel, Cinemark, and many more.
Meanwhile, the Northwest side of town near West Towne Marketplace and Cimmaron, which has been developing over the last few years, also continues to swell with new business, including the addition of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen.
Speaking with Tim Montgomery, the manager at Cheddar's in East El Paso, he tells me that while he can't quite divulge much, he can confirm that a new location will be opening near Cabela's at West Towne Marketplace.
Best known for its comfort food fare made entirely from scratch, Cheddar's menu features fan favorites such as apps like Wisconsin Chees Bites, Honey Butter Croissants, and Cheddar's Cheese Fries.
Other mouthwatering selections include Chicken Pot Pies, Hand-breaded Fried Chicken Tenders, Steaks, In-House Smoked BBQ Ribs, Seafood, Burgers, Soups, Sandwiches, and much more.
Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen first opened in Irving, Texas, in 1979, expanding the company-owned and franchise locations across 28 states with over 170 locations and over 23,000 team members.
As NW El Pasoans await the opening of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen near Flix Brewhouse and Cabela's at West Towne Marketplace, we can't wait to see what other new businesses will soon follow.
