The Texas Showdown Festival is happening this weekend! Check out our interview with Iration from SXSW. 

Hawaiian indie reggae rockers Iration are coming to the Texas Showdown Festival on Sunday, opening for Pepper and The Offspring. We met the band last year at SXSW in Austin. The band did an amazing performance at SXSW, and we even got to hear some acoustic versions of their songs. Check out our interview with the band above.

The Texas Showdown Festival is happening this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the El Paso County Coliseum. Tickets are $66.90 a day or $174.17 for a three day pass on Ticketmaster. You can also save some money if you purchase your tickets through the Coliseum box office. Coliseum prices are $58 a day or $155 for the three day pass. If you purchase at the Coliseum, all transactions must be done in cash. Remember, you don’t have to pay the Ticketmaster fees if you go through the Coliseum box office.

Gates open at the Coliseum daily at noon and the festival runs until 11 P.M.
This is an all ages festival and the concerts begin at 3 P.M. There are over a 100 vendors and booths including 12 restaurants & a beer garden outdoors. There will be 300 tattoo artist from around the country tattooing indoors. You can get a tattoo or watch some of the greatest artists work on other people.
