Buzz Challenged Lisa To Name At Least 5 Golfers, Hilarity Ensues

Yesterday, on the Buzz Adams Morning Show, Lisa brought up her new fascination with golf legend Lee Elders after his recent passing.

Most regular listeners will know that Buzz likes golf A LOT.  He plays almost every week and he's an avid fan of watching the most boring sport on TV. So Buzz wanted to challenge Lisa and asked her to name any five golfers other than the elder.

Lisa started out strong by naming Tiger Woods, then like she was struck by lightning she blurts out Phil Mickelson.

Next, Joanna drew on her movie knowledge to make this funny connection. She threw out Jack Nicholson. Buzz knew that she meant Jack Nicklaus but picturing Jack Nicholson in the PGA WAS hilarious.

Lisa remembered the name Rory but couldn't think of the last name, (it's Mcilroy BTWs.)

She couldn't get any more but this led to a discussion about El Paso golfers. Lee Trevino should have been a gimme. But I'm pretty sure most people don't know that Rich Beem, the person the streets named after, was also a professional golfer and Masters's winner.

All in all, Buzz enjoyed getting to talk about one of his favorite pastimes and Lisa enjoyed learning something new about something she didn't care about. And I and Joanna got to laugh about it all.
