As a native of the Sun City, I have been in El Paso all my life. I graduated from Franklin in 2015 and from UTEP in 2019. After graduating high school, I embarked upon a sports journalism route in college at UTEP's student publication, The Prospector, where I served as Sports Editor, Editor-in-Chief and Web Editor for a span of four years. For the last four years, I have been covering UTEP, the Chihuahuas, prep sports and just about everything in the Sun City. Before entering my junior year in college, I took my LSAT and was set for law school upon graduation. That quickly changed with opportunities that I received at 600 ESPN, where I have found my new home. My favorite teams are the Los Angeles Rams, Boston Celtics, and the St. Louis Cardinals. I enjoy writing, reading books, watching movies and playing basketball during my free time. I love the city of El Paso! Follow me on Twitter for updates @adrianbroaddus.
