Brian Klug published this clip last month of a man named Tom explaining what he does a lot.The cop is being friendly to the man about memes and how they're not crappy. Then Tom explains what kind of memes exactly since he's bitter and vindictive. Apparently, Dan Abrams stated Tom flagged down the woman in uniform and begged her to see his house. One of two things will probably happen after watching El Paso on Live PD. El Paso will either become famous for bad behavior or known for the city with kooks. But props to Tom for not hiding his wild side on camera like most of us do!
