Amazon Center Will Provide Over 700 Full-Time Jobs in El Paso

El Paso's Amazon center will have over 700 full-time jobs for locals that need employment. I feel like the Amazon commercials that have aired was a sign for El Paso. The Amazon commercials talking about their employment was a subtle way of hinting about our future Amazon center. Most of the Amazon commercials lately introduce a different employee explaining their job details. It's safe to say these Amazon commercials foreshadowed future employment for our locals. The exact date Amazon will be up and running is unknown but do know it will be open in 2021. We're already closer to 2021 since we're halfway through the 2020 year. I am hoping time continues to fly by so some well-deserving El Pasoans can land their much needed full-time job.

It is hard to land a full-time position in El Paso, Texas and now El Pasoans will have that opportunity next year. Amazon's starting minimum wage starts at $15 that also includes medical coverage such as medical, dental, and vision. Amazon also takes care of their soon-to-be moms giving 20 weeks of paid maternal and parental leave. Your job description will be picking, packing, and shipping small packages with Amazon robotics.
