Aaron & Alvin Jones To Welcome NFL Pals To Charity Softball Game
The A&A All The Way Foundation's Inaugural Charity Softball Game is back on and set for April at Southwest University Park.
Almost a year after postponing the charity softball game due to a scheduling conflict with the Green Bay Packers offseason workout dates, Aaron Jones, along with his twin brother Alvin Jones Jr., linebacker for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, are thrilled to announce that their A&A All The Way Foundation's first-ever Charity Softball Game is back on for this April.
In a statement issued by the A&A All The Way Foundation, Aaron Jones says,
It's going to be fun to compete against my brother and our friends and see who takes the trophy home.
The highly anticipated softball game will showcase a roster of Aaron and Alvin's current and former NFL teammates, including Green Bay Packers, UTEP players, and local celebrities. The family-friendly event will feature a home run derby, silent auction, exclusive merchandise, raffle, and guaranteed memorable moments.
Gameday will take place on Tuesday, April 19, at Southwest University Park with gates opening at 5:30 p.m., the home run derby kicks off at 6:30 p.m., and the first pitch for the softball game will be at 7:30 p.m.
UTEP grads Aaron and Alvin continue to use their celebrity to rep the Sun City and make a significant impact by giving back to our community, especially our youth.
Proceeds raised from the event will benefit the A&A All The Way Foundation, which supports children from El Paso to Wisconsin through shoe drives, bike giveaways, holiday turkey drives, free football camps, and extraordinary experiences for military families.
Tickets will be available online via southwestuniversitypark.com or aaalltheway.org starting at 10 a.m. (MST) on Thursday, February 10.
