18 New COVID-19 Cases in El Paso, Total Confirmed Cases at 1,340
As of May 10th, The City of El Paso has reported 18 new COVID-19 confirmed cases, which brings the total confirmed cases in El Paso, Texas to 1,340. One more additional death has been announced so the total COVID-19 related deaths in El Paso, Texas is now at 33.
According to El Paso officials, El Pasoans should still take some precautions when going out and about El Paso.
El Pasoans are urged to still follow safety precautions as the city begins to reopen, along with the rest of the state of Texas. Have some common sense when going out and about El Paso. In response to Texas Governor Greg Abbott, our City and County officials are working on proposing amendments to the Local Emergency Directive, which will go into place on May 1st, 2020.
