11 Things You Can Use Your Coffee Pot for Besides Making Coffee

As far as most of the Q staff are concerned, every day is "coffee day".

Today really is National Coffee Day though and, in honor of that, several El Paso businesses are offering free coffee.

If you're like me though, meaning NOT a coffee fan, here are some cool things to do with your coffee pot other than brewing up liquid caffeine.

• Drop a couple of teabags in your coffee pot then, add some honey and a shot of your favorite whiskey. WAY better than coffee.
• Grilled Cheese: Warm the burner up, spray on a little Pam for extra butter flavor and heat your sammy.
• Oatmeal: Oatmeal, plus 10oz of water and, in about 5 minutes, breakfast.
• Ramen and Rice: Water and heat, simple. Don't forget the Ramen flavor packet!
