Wait, You Mean Women DON’T Like Being Cat-Called

In this Buzz60.com video, the host is looking into street signs in NYC that say No Cat-Calling Zone. The signs were put up by a local business and most people, especially women, seem to like them.

One guy, though, can't comprehend why anyone would think whistling, tongue-clucking and yelling at women would be anything other than a compliment.
