Too Drunk For A Mugshot: Man Has Head Held High…By Police [PHOTO]

If you have been arrested for being too drunk, it's okay to hang your head in shame.  But the cops shouldn't have to hold your head up for your mugshot!35-year-old Sean Payne was arrested for public intoxication outside Shamrock's Bar in Humble, Texas after bar employees called police about his drunken behavior.  Payne was so trashed he had to have his head held up by an officer so that his mugshot could be taken.  I can be pretty sure he passed out for a good long time as soon as his glamour shot was taken.  It's time someone invented some kind of device that drunks can be propped up against in cases of extreme drunkdom.  I am going to give this some thought.  You may see me on Shark Tank soon...
