I cannot believe that Taste of El Paso 2013 is already next week! I'm super excited for all the great food and drinks! I visited Hoppy Monk to see what was in store for our taste buds!

The Hoppy Monk is known best for the wonderful draft beverages they have and how many! The menu is pretty extensive from wood fired pizza to rabbit tacos! Such delicious put together dishes it is amazing! When I visited they served some sliders, pizza, a huge juicy burger, apricot habanero wings garnished with celery! It was all so amazing!

Also they will be serving brulee bison short rib with huckleberry and porter gastrique garnished with a micro green mint, thumbelina carrot, roasted golden baby beets and Yukon golden potatoe espuma!
