Being a heavy metal drummer is a very physically demanding job. There's a lot of wear and tear on the body, and at age 50, Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante has been doing this for a while, and he's got the bandages to prove it.

Shadows Fall guitarist Jon Donais is definitely being thrown into the fire. The musician has joined Anthrax's touring lineup after the exit of longtime axeman Rob Caggiano earlier this year, and during Friday's (April 12) performance in Orlando he stepped up by covering both Caggiano and fellow guitarist Scott Ian's parts during the show.

Season Two has begun of Fangoria's Blood and Guts with Scott Ian! The Anthrax guitar player began hosting episodes late last year, where he'd visit the shops of movie effects guys, and they'd kill and maim him in various ways. It's a fun show, and you get to see how these guys do the gory, crazy stuff from the movies.

Anthrax have a cover disc they've recorded with some songs they really love, like Rush's "Anthem" (the title track) and more, including Journey and AC/DC. Anthrax are still going strong on their 'Worship Music' album and will soon offer a new collection called 'Anthems' that's full of cover songs, but the thoughts of a new album have begun to enter the minds of the band's members as well. Get ready to blow out your speakers with some Motorhead! Wednesday in Berlin, Scott Ian, Rob Caggiano, Frank Bello and Joey Belladonna from Anthrax jumped on stage with Motorhead for the last song of the night, of course it was "Motorhead". Being a big fan of both bands for a long freaking time, I love stuff like this. Enjoy!
