Today, local locos Fall 2 Rise are in the spotlight.

Fall 2 Rise have been pretty busy recently. On top of all their shows, they just released their second EP "Breach The Horizon" and completed the video for "Extricated". Here's their story, taken from fall2riseband.com:

Formed in mid-2013, Fall 2 Rise has proven to be one of the southwest's leading talents. With a melodic take on today's hard rock, Fall 2 Rise is a force to be reckoned with. Tasteful leads from Ulrich De La Fuente, backed by the thunder of Jason Corral on the bass, the precision of Mikey Stampede on drums, brought together by the powerful voice of frontman Daniel Kimmelman. Fall 2 Rise was selected to be a part of KLAQ's 2015 Balloon Fest, supporting National Acts "We Are Harlot", "Anthrax", and "Volbeat". Past supporting performances also include P.O.D., Drowning Pool, Slayer, The Animal In Me, Candlebox, and Hoobastank. This all original band taps into influences such as Alter Bridge, Breaking Benjamin, and Sevendust, creating a melting pot that is hard-hitting yet easy to listen to.
