Kotex Tampons Recalled Over Bacteria Concerns
Because Ronson is always lookin out for the ladies, Kimberly-Clark is recalling some Kotex tampons over bacteria concerns. The Texas-based company is recalling a "limited number" of "Kotex Natural Balance Security Unscented Tampons Regular Absorbency" products. The product in the recall is sold in 18-count and 36-count quantities. Kimberly-Clark found bacteria on or near the product that can cause potentially life-threatening infections. The affected tampons were sold at Walmart, Fry's and Smith's stores in Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. The company says the product was shipped between October 29th and November 2nd. There are no reported illnesses linked to the recall.
