Woman Uses Corsets to Get Shocking 16-Inch Waist [PHOTOS]

 Kelly Lee Dekay is a self proclaimed corset enthusiast. Her waist is 16 inches!

Kelly is a fashion designer and a model. She says that her love for superheroes is what got her into wanting to have such a small waist.

I have taken a couple of medical classes and I understand that during pregnancy a woman's body will change and in fact her rib cage will move. I just don't understand what her target audience would be for something so dramatic like this. In fact in the video she states that her organs move about 1 inch to allow her to have a tiny waist.
