Hood Rats Rock?
First off, what is the definition of a hood rat:
HOOD RAT
(noun.)
A hood-rat's a punk, brat, trouble maker, bad up bringing.
Picture a person who steals a car so it can run over a cat with it.
"He's a hood-rat who needs an attitude adjustment."
I have done allot of stupid thing in my LOOOOOOONG life but wanting to be a "hood rat" was not one of the things i inspired to be in my life. Yes, I stole cars, candy, money and other junk but I was young, dumb and full of..... (you can finish that statement).
This is the reason that some parents need to be sterilized or just wiped off the face of the earth before they breed.
