Ft. Bliss Soldier Charged With Animal Cruelty After Video

An active duty soldier at Fort Bliss is under arrest for animal cruelty, a charge that may have never happened without video evidence.  El Paso police began to investigate Sergeant Andrew Glenn after video was taken last week showing him kicking a female pit bull.  The recording was reportedly taken in Glenn's backyard in a North Hills neighborhood and published by KFOX-TV.

Glenn was arrested yesterday, and a spokesman for Fort Bliss says it may also launch a misconduct investigation.
