A music fan had a genius idea to change a band's Wikipedia page to get him backstage. Check out the band's epic response to the fan.

A fan of the Australian music duo Peking Duk wanted to meet the group after a show in Melbourne, Australia, and came up with an inventive and genius plan.

David Spargo edited the band's Wikipedia page while he was attending the show. He put his own name down as a family member of the band to show security. When he approached the backstage area, he showed security his ID, as well as the Wikipedia page listing him as a family member.

After a few minutes, his "step-brother," band member Reuben Styles popped his head out of the backstage area and invited Spargo in. Styles and fellow Peking Duk member Adam Hyde were both not mad, but just impressed with Spargo's ingenious idea that made it possible to meet this band.

The band put up the encounter on their Facebook page, along with a Ron Burgundy "anchorman" meme.
