Yta Von G Interviews UFC Fighter Mike Rio [VIDEO]

Mike "The Wolverine" Rio, a contestant of the 15th season of The Ultimate Fighter is an American mixed martial artist.

Rio was working at Temple Ultra Lounge as a bouncer in Coconut Grove with my friend Javib when we first met. At the time, I was dealing with events there twice a month and got to know Rio and his plans in the martial arts area.

Now, Rio is set to face fellow TUF: Live alumni John Cofer on December 15, 2012 in The Ultimate Fighter: Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson Finaleat the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

I interviewed Rio to catch up and see his thoughts on his up coming fight. Another thing I just had to ask was if he is like MMA Fighter, Ronda Rousey; if he has sex before a fight. Check out Dubba Gs blog about Ronda Rousey explaining her pre-game rituals.

One of the coolest most laid back guys you'll ever meet ... till you get him in the ring!  When he's not fighting, Mike spends time coaching as well as helping autism speaks.  An organization he became affilliated with while trying to help his brother who has autism.  What a guy huh??
