Worst Intersections To Be Stuck In During El Paso, Texas Rush Hour

There are not many things that we can all agree on, but I am almost certain that the one thing we can all agree on is the fact that rush hour traffic SUCKS!

No matter how good the music you have on in your car is, one wants to be stuck in their car for longer than 30 minutes.

Thankfully El Paso traffic during rush hour is not as bad as other cities! (California, I’m looking at you.) However, certain parts of town are a major headache when it comes to rush hour traffic.

Here’s a look at the top intersections in El Paso that El Pasoans think are the worst to be in during rush hour (In no particular order):

"Zaragoza between Joe battle and edgemere."

Yup. I’ve been stuck in traffic in this area plenty of times and I can agree that it is not pleasant to be stuck here during rush hour!

"On Montana between loop 375 and Rich Beam. To travel that small stretch of highway tops 45 to 50 minutes."

Right now with all that construction I never even know where I’m going so I try to avoid Montana Ave. at all costs!

"Pebble hills from Joe Battle to Yarbrough!"

Yup. When the clock strikes 5 p.m. I avoid that portion of the freeway because I already know the backup will be crazy with the line of cars waiting to get to the Juarez bridge. Once you pass that, it’s smooth sailing but first you gotta get through that mess!

LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK!! In my honest opinion, this has GOT TO BE the worst part of town to be in during rush hour and honestly... any hour because the construction in that area just causes so much traffic, it’s a headache!
