Watch the 2022 Oscars at Alamo Drafthouse El Paso And Support Femme Frontera
Movie lovers unite! The biggest night in Hollywood is happening this Sunday, March 25th! (Which is a whole month earlier than when The 2021 Oscars took place.)
The 94th Academy Awards ceremony is a time for film lovers to gather around and make their predictions on who will win each category while hating on every celebrity and wishing they were there instead…. Oh, never mind that’s just me. Awkward.
Anyways, this year’s award show will be hosted by comedians Regina Hall, Amy Schumer, and Wanda Sykes and honestly…. I AM HERE FOR THIS!!
If you plan on watching the award ceremony this year and want to watch it somewhere other than your living room then you are in luck!
Alamo Drafthouse El Paso at Montecillo is inviting everyone and anyone to join them for the biggest Red Carpet Bash in town this Sunday, March 27th.
The movie theater shared the invitation on their Facebook page with the caption reading, “That's right, we're putting the biggest night in movies up on the big screen!”
The best part of this event is that the proceeds will be benefitting Femme Frontera Filmmaker Showcase, a Latinx-led film organization made up of women and non-binary filmmakers from the U.S.-Mexico border region.
The awards show is set to start at 8 pm so if this is something you think you should do this Sunday then get your Oscar-worthy outfit ready and join in on the fun all while supporting a good cause! Head over to drafthouse.com to RSVP before it's too late!
