Vertical Horizon Rocking The Tailgate Before The Big UTEP Game

UTEP and Speaking Rock Entertainment Center are teaming up again to bring football fans another rocking tailgate experience. For the last home game, Puddle of Mudd delighted the crowd with a few of their hits as the football fans made their way into the stadium.

Rock fans were blown away to see Puddle of Mudd up close and personal game day and lucky for them, more concerts are on their way. This Saturday before the game between the UTEP Miners and the New Mexico University Lobos, rock fans will get to check out Vertical Horizon performing at the Speaking Rock Pregame party

The Speaking Rock Pregame Party is being held at a new gathering spot, at the northern portion of the GR2 parking lot next to the Larry K. Durham Center. In this new designated tailgate area, attendees can enjoy entertainment, food and drink vendors with items to purchase, inflatables for the kids to enjoy, the UTEP bookstore trailer, and more.

As an added bonus, the location of the Speaking Rock Pregame Party will also allow attendees a prime location to cheer on the Miners as they make their way to the field. The "Miners Walk" happens right across from the tailgate area. The "Miners Walk" is great to watch and includes performances by the UTEP marching band and spirit squad. The Miners Walk happens two hours before the big game and you don't want to miss it.
