Uno’s Pizzeria In Las Cruces Closes Its Doors For Good

In a devastating blow to deep dish pizza fans everywhere, Uno's Pizza in Las Cruces closed their doors for good this past weekend. When I lived in Las Cruces, I started serving at Uno's Pizza while attending New Mexico State University. I loved the restaurant for its delicious pizzas, friendly atmosphere and close proximity to my home. Once I graduated from school I loved to El Paso but I always enjoyed heading back to Uno's to say hello and grab a delicious deep dish pizza. Now, it looks like I'll have to look elsewhere to find a scrumptious Chicago-style pie in the Borderland.

This past weekend was the last time Uno's served a deep dish pizza to New Mexicans in Las Cruces. The restaurant is now closed and another business will be moving into the restaurant space. The space is a great opportunity and hopefully a new business will be moving in that will use the gorgeous outdoor patio. As soon as we can tell you what business is moving into the spot we will let you know!
