Guess Who’s Selling The Most Booze In El Paso?

El Paso drinks a lot and there are tons of places in the 915 to sip a few cold ones. Surprisingly, the top 10 places that sold the most aren't all bars. In fact, #2 is a hotel.

I don't know if it's the heat, the low prices ... you can get a pint or a 12oz beer for $2 - $3 bucks at places like B-17 Bombers Oyster Pub downtown or Crawdaddy's on Cincinnati  ... or the deliciousness that is tequila but man, can El Paso drink.

In 2024, booze brought in $249 million dollars with most of it, about 20%, coming from the 79936 zip code. As fast as the east side is growing, that doesn't surprise me.

According to the TABS Report posted by alcoholsales.com, these were the top 25 alcohol retailers last month. The top 10 on that list were these places:

2. Hotel Paso Del Norte - $284,270
3. Taqueria La 4 LLC - $232,553
4. Ojos Locos Sports Cantina - $214,167
5. Professional Sports Catering (Southwest University Park) - $207,725
6. Host Service Inc - $197,669
7. Coconuts - $191,543
8. Whiskey Dicks - $178,191
9. Bucks Cabaret - $177,095
10. Timmy'z - $176,975

Those figures, according to alcoholsales.com, are for March, 2025 meaning ... I would imagine ... that we're on track to beat those numbers in 2025. By a pretty good margin. Rest assured, I will certainly do my part.
