The third annual El Paso Oktoberfest happens September 16th - 18th in the County Coliseum.

Tickets are $10 per day and are on sale now at the Coliseum box office, the German Pub, Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 800-745-3000 or at ticketmaster.com. Your admission gets you an authentic German stein which you can fill...and refill...with loads of different beers.

According to the EP Times, this festival's the only one in El Paso offering Paulaner’s Weisn beer. It's only brewed four weeks a year, specifically for the original festival in Munich which began in 1810. The festival will also feature Paulaner Oktoberfest and, for the first time, Kleiner Feigling! A German liqueur made from figs.
