Election day is upon us! We had just had this discussion on the Morning Show today where we talked about voting centers on election day. If you did early voting, then you were aware that you could vote at any polling center around town. On election day, it was pretty well known that you had to vote at your specific polling place. If you didn't get to participate in early voting, well, great news: you can now vote at ANY voting center around town!

I have just found out that El Paso County is on the approved list of the Countywide Polling Place Program, where participants can vote at any approved polling center on election day! If you are voting on election day, it's important to have a plan so that you're not stuck in a long line rushing at the last minute.

Important things to remember for election day: Voting centers open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. There are plenty of voting centers open on election day to choose from all across the city to conveniently fit your schedule.  You can check out EPCountyVotes.com to find a polling center near you. To find out if you are registered to vote, you can click here, unfortunately, if you are not registered it is too late to do so in Texas. If you are voting by Ballot by Mail, you can drop off your Ballot in person at the El Paso County Courthouse with a valid ID. You can drop off your ballot without having to get out of your car and a poll worker will come to you.

Make sure to make a plan to vote this election day (if you haven't already!) and make sure to take your mask and ID!
