This El Paso Native Plays a Detective on a Popular CBS Show
If you watch S.W.A.T. then some of you may have recognized one of the actors. One particular actor Detective Rios should be the one with a familiar face.
Now Detective Rios on S.W.A.T. happens to be an El Paso native. Detective Rios aka Lombardo Boyar who you may have gone to high school with at Riverside.
Lombardo Boyar's Facebook timeline shows tags from friends congratulating his amazing performance on the television series. Now I haven't really caught an episode of that show but now knowing this, I certainly will now.
El Paso Native Lombardo Boyar gets to work alongside Shemar Moore (featured above) who is a pretty big celebrity. Hell, I even remember as a little girl crushing on Shemar Moore and watching him originally on Young & the Restless with my grandma.
But one thing for sure is Lombardo Boyar's buddies are definitely proud of his acting skills on camera. So maybe after reading this it will encourage you to set those reminders on your television guide to be on the lookout.
