Can you remember at the beginning of the year when we were all super excited for 2020? I remember coming back from holiday vacation and all of us on the show being so excited for the holidays. Cinco de Mayo fell on Taco Tuesday. Fourth of July was on Saturday. Halloween is on a Saturday. And almost immediately, everything fell apart.

By March, a pandemic was declared and we all lost the ability to go to restaurants and concerts, we lost Black Mamba, one day children were picked up from school and never saw their friends or teachers again. At the beginning of March, I still kind of had hope, that we as a nation would get through this; I was wrong. It's been a roller coaster, but when we all look back at pictures of January or February, you can see the glimmer of hope in our eyes, anticipating a great year. We were all "blissfully unaware."

"Blissfully Unaware" began trending on social media after Twitter user @gabrielgranadoo Tweeted out "CHAIN A photo of you happy in January 2020 without imagining what was to come". People began posting photos or videos of themselves in January and February, blissfully unaware of what was to come. I looked back at my social media, and found this:

That's early February, and probably the last time I went out dancing!

Lisa, posted this on Instagram, not knowing what lay ahead:

Brandon posted this on his Facebook in February, not knowing that concerts would forever change. It was captioned:

The countdown is coming to an end. Just 4 hours before @rageagainstthemachine tickets go on sale. Keep your fingers crossed @shim cause this thing is gonna sell out quick!

And this was Buzz's blissfully unaware moment in February. He took a trip to Santa Fe and got to experience Meow Wolf. Now, we don't know when it'll be open again.
