The futuristic looking Helen Of Troy building, originally built in 1997, is officially up for grabs.

If you need a little space, say about 936,936 square feet or so, you might want to consider the Helen of Troy headquarters building located at 1 Helen of Troy Plaza on El Paso's west side. Sitting on just over 50 acres of land in the I-10/Artcraft area, the building houses Helen Of Troy's corporate offices and warehouses. Helen of Troy has been in business since 1968 and they are the only publicly traded company based in El Paso.

They are selling the building because they no longer need that much space but have no plans to move their operations out of El Paso. They offer products for health, wellness, beauty, home and outdoors under brand names like Honeywell, Braun, Hydroflask and more

According to their website, Helen of Troy "began as a family business and was incorporated in Texas in 1968. The Company began trading on the NASDAQ in 1972 and reorganized in Bermuda in 1994. Over the past fifty-four years the Company has evolved into a multinational organization with $2.2 billion in sales in fiscal 2022 and over 2,000 full-time associates around the world.".

The building is expected to sell quickly according to an El Paso Times artice. While no selling price was given, the El Paso Times reported it's taxable value to be $17.2 million dollars.

So, if you are in need a lot of space ... and you have a lot of money ... you might want to keep this building in mind.
