It was jaw-droppingly ugly. Unprecedented. Across the country, Brazil fans cheered their team on expecting that "six" would be the number of world titles they'd own, not the goal-differential. But watching Brazil lose, 7-1, to Germany was a nightmare they'll never forget. One look at their faces will tell you that.

Yesterday, the El Paso Chihuahuas unveiled their five different sets of uniforms as part of a fashion show at the Judson F. Williams Convention Center and I was able to be one of the lucky 5 that got to wear one of the new uniforms.

The Monster got the word from a source who claims to have an inside look at some of the gear for El Paso's new Triple-A baseball team -- AND its logo! Is it real? Is it a red herring from the team?

Thankfully, football is finally here! From now until the Super Bowl in February, I will try to watch as much NFL football that I can.  With that being said, here is how I think the NFL season is going to turn out. Division Winners: NFC: East: NY Giants North: Green Bay Packers South: Atlanta Falcons

A NECK Line caller got us thinking when he said for awhile he thought Lisa was Fernie in drag. Hmmm...Fernie and Lisa have both said people think they're related when they're together in public, and Fernie has been in drag to represent KLAQ before. What do you think?

More than a few El Paso front-runners could take a lesson or two from Scott Entsminger. You have to have a special kind of passion to follow the Cleveland Browns literally all your life -- and never be rewarded. So you'll excuse his last request if it seems a little harsh.
