Sister Owned El Paso Concert Venue Bringing 2 Shows In October
Don Haskins, Abraham Chavez, The Rockhouse... we've seen some incredible shows happen at these venues in town. Well as anyone would tell you, there's way more venues in town including The Lowbrow or the Love Buzz.
But as of 2021, there's another venue that's been hosting some energetic & rowdy shows in El Paso. Whole Lotta Denim, the concert venue that was started by 3 sisters in El Paso. Located at 11504 Rebel Ct.
They've hosted a ton of shows featuring popular local bands like Late Night Drive Home, Allway Drive & Fusebox. Among many other artists who have performed there. And the crowds get HUGE.
You also might have seen them be featured on Iris's Sunday Funday section on KVIA:
They've announced 2 upcoming shows happening in October; The Basswizrds Show on the 21st featuring all El Paso artists: Monarchy Music, Basswizrd & The Dark Architect.
The other big show is happening on the 1st of October: the OBS Show. Featured on the line up is San Diego indie rock group, Sitting On Stacy. This is the big one the venue has been promoting. If you've seen a band open up for the Jonas Brothers when they were last on tour, you might recognize these guys because they were the opening act. They also performed with The Aquadolls at The Lowbrow Place back in may.
Also performing is Jakob Nowell from Long Beach CA (and yes that Jakob is the SAME Jakob who is son of the late Bradley Nowell from Sublime) & Moth from El Paso.
