Many students across the country have officially started the 2020-2021 school year either by virtual online classes or in person lessons. For in person learning, many students and faculty are anxious for the start, hoping they have done enough to keep themselves and the students safe. We've already learned of one Indiana student who tested positive on the very first day of classes.

According to the superintendent, the student was tested days before the first day of school, and the positive result came in halfway through the day. Proper protocol has been put in place once the staff learned of the positive result. I'm sure that no matter which side of the aisle you stand on, whether you'd prefer to keep your students at home or send them to school, everyone's main focus is the safety of the students. Which is why I think we can all agree that this parody done by this principal in Alabama is hilarious, but also highly informative.

Former band director, Dr. Quentin Lee, principal of Childersburg High School in Alabama, found a great way to educate students on the new rules they would face once school begins. He wrote a parody song of the MC Hammer iconic song "U Can't Touch This" that focuses on hygiene rules. According to Alabama NewsCenter, Dr. Lee put the song together in just 15 minutes and reached out to a local filmmaker and a few students to help with the video. Apparently, Dr. Lee has a history of uploading funny videos for his students. Check out the video below of "U Can't Touch This" and let us know what your favorite part is, mine is "Stop! Sanitize!"
