In case you missed it, on the Morning Show we were discussing the cost of weddings, which is an insane price BTW, but then Buzz mentioned a new trend at weddings that I have also noticed on the streets of El Paso.

Buzz mentioned that couples at weddings are now putting their CashApp tag on invitations if you want to contribute a couple of bucks to their honeymoon, or maybe to help out with the cost of the wedding! To which I was reminded of something: I'm noticing peope putting their CashApp tag on their cars, and a lot of times I'm seeing it on social media.

Sometimes it's not just CashApp, it could also be Zelle or Venmo! Either way, people are just putting up their tags so that people could just give them money?!

I thought it was insane until I witnessed it myself. With all the graduations going on in the Borderland, everyone likes to decorate their car windows to congratulate their grads. One message read "Class of 2023!" and then they added their CashApp tag!

I wonder if it worked? While we were talking about it on the Morning Show we got this message in the App Chat:

So to be honest, there was a girl here in Cruces that had her Cash App info on her car for her 21st bday. I did send a couple bucks. It was the first time I saw something like that, so I just thought sure why not. Plus I saw the girl when she was getting in the vehicle. It was parked in Walmart.

To which I asked: "Was she hot?" and their reply:

Pretty enough to get money from a stranger lol

So I guess it does work! I know for sure I can't do this; it makes me feel some type of way. But if it actually works I guess it's better than starting a Feet Finder. My CashApp is $JLBarbacoa BTW.
